I don’t know where to begin! The reception was perfect.
There was such happiness in the room you could feel it. I
have heard about the delicious food from EVERYONE. The
mashed potato bar was unbelievable! The turkey was hands
down the favorite but that was only because it was better
than any turkey anyone ever made themselves. The beef was
melt in your mouth. The fish was awesome, the Alfredo was
perfect. I can’t believe I even got compliments on the
vegetable medley. Everyone said the hors d'oeuvres were
awesome. Just compliment after compliment about the food.

I wanted to drop you a quick email to
thank you and your staff for all you did to make Trisha and
Tom’s wedding so perfect. From the set up the day
before to the end of the reception, your staff was so
friendly and helpful and is the best!!
I don’t think there was a guest there that didn’t comment on
the wonderful food or decor. The reception hall and
food setup were beautiful, and the food was fantastic.
I had two friends in attendance who have already booked you
for their daughters’ weddings and they are already talking
about adding the extras we got through you (longer linens,
overlays, overhead lighting, etc.) to their receptions.
I believe you are without a doubt the best catering
service in the area. I’m sure you will be getting a lot of
referrals from our wedding.
