Carson's Weddings is a service of Carson's Premier Catering, located in historic Scottdale, PA.

Carson's Premier Catering has over 20 years of experience working with the public and in the food service industry.

Owner Tim Carson is the grandson of the founder of Carson's Tavern in Scottdale. 

With a desire to expand into new areas, Tim began a catering business through the tavern. Tim's catering efforts enjoyed great success, and its customers appreciated both the quality of the food and the and the great service at all sorts of venues. 

Eileen Hoffer, Senior Event Planner

Eileen has been a raising star in our business over the past several years. We’re proud to have her on the team because of her commitment to excellence and the consistently outstanding results she provides for our clients.

The most remarkable thing about Eileen is that even after all the years that she has been in the business, she is still genuinely passionate about serving others. Eileen truly cares about our image and has been an integral part of our growth.

Our Team

Tim and Eileen are backed by many outstanding team members who strive to make every event perfect.  You can see from our testimonials that every one of our team members - from the planners and coordinators, to the cooks to the wait staff - understand what it means to please our clients.  We are very proud of our staff!

Foods range from elegant canapés of smoked salmon and Rumaki to the traditional broasted chicken and potato salad.  Carson's will prepare a sit down dinner menu for hundreds or supply you with a party tray for friends.

Our History

In 2002, Carson's Premier Catering was created to provide superb catering services for all sorts of occasions at venues throughout Westmoreland, Fayette, and Allegheny Counties. 
Carson's will cater a wedding, a birthday party, an office party, a corporate event, a holiday party, a sports banquet, a picnic or even a get-together in your home.

Today, Carson's Wedding Catering takes everything we have learned about providing great service to our customers and brings it to bear on the challenge of meeting your wedding catering needs with the perfect response.
